Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction with housekeeping service. Attention to details critical for meeting job expectations.
Assist the Director of Housekeeping with supervision of housekeeping supervisors, inspectors, cleaning personnel, laundry personnel, and support staff to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive rooms and common areas to include but not limited to rooms, apartments, townhouses, administrative offices, restaurants, laundry, common areas*, and Crimson King are cleaned and maintained according to standards. Assist with assigning duties, daily inspections, and investigating complaints regarding housekeeping service and taking corrective actions. Inspections of guest rooms and common areas, both short and long inspections. Assist in the purchase of housekeeping supplies and equipment, periodic inventories, screening of applicants, training of employees, and recommendations of disciplinary actions. Must be able to communicate with guests and employees in a respectful and friendly manner.
Essential Job Functions
Provide dedicated and thorough supervision to include but not limited to:
- Helps ensure company standards are achieved and maintained through detailed inspections.
- Provide input for daily and weekly staff training meetings.
- Consistently demonstrate superior customer service skills and acts as a positive role model for all employees.
- Motivate, develop, and direct housekeeping employees as they work.
- Assist with assigning work assignments and inspect work for conformance to standards of cleanliness.
- Assist in the recruiting, hiring, and training of necessary housekeepers and support staff.
- Assist in establishing housekeeping policies and procedures.
- May participate in the preparation of meeting areas for meetings, weddings, seminars, and other staff/client functions.
- Assist with supervising and training employees, establishing a work schedule, and resolving any coverage issues.
- May assist reservation staff with moving reservations to alternative rooms based on potential issues or to simplify housekeeping work load.
- Assist with inventories.
- Provides feedback from room inspections to housekeepers and the Housekeeping manager.
- Assists in written evaluations of housekeepers and support staff, including performance appraisals and room inspection reports.
- Assist with weekly housekeeping training sessions.
- Assist with coordinating the delivery of goods or equipment to guestrooms as required, to include but not limited to cots, aero beds, cribs, linens, chocolates, etc….
- Assist in scheduling Fall & Spring cleaning, and ensuring all rooms and areas are cleaned as scheduled.
- Coordinate with Maintenance to insure maximum care and maintenance of rooms and public areas.
- Performs various other duties as required
* Common area cleaning includes but not limited to Main Inn, Mansfield House and Depot Street Public Bathrooms, Lobbies, Restaurants, Health Club, Village Conference Room, Hallways, Vending Rooms, Game Room, Mansfield and Main Inn Ski/Bike Storage, Library and Living Room.

Guest service and satisfaction is the primary concern of the entire Inn staff with every employee contributing in a professional, friendly and safe manner to its success.
Job Summary
Hosts are responsible for providing friendly, fast and courteous service to patrons. They will schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services for our diners. Will welcome guests, escort them to tables, provide menus and pour water for the guests. Will inspect dining room, server stations and restaurant for neatness and cleanliness. May assist with expediting food service and bussing tables. Thank guests when they are leaving the restaurant for dining with us.
Job Task
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Report to work on time as scheduled adhering to the departmental dress code and hygiene policies.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as listed in the ‘Employee Manual’.
- Complete host checklist and duties upon arrival.
- Ask for Dinner Report for the house count. Check phone message system for reservations.
- Retrieve the reservation computer.
- Refer to our reservation policies when booking reservations for restaurant.
- Wipe down menus.
- Complete Host Checklist daily.
- Greeting guests and assist servers’ with beverage service or table setting and provide support to service staff with guest relations.
- Inform manager if host supplies are low.
- Notify manager or supervisor of any guest issue that needs their attention.
- Report any and all safety hazards, conditions or unsafe practices to a manager or supervisor immediately.

Banquet Staff are responsible for providing professional and courteous service to guests. Functions include but are not limited to day meetings, social events, weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, and more. Banquet staff will inspect dining room, server stations, bar, restrooms and more for cleanliness and BEO standard. Staff will assist with all food and beverage services before, during, and after an event.
Job Task

- Assist with table and meeting space preparation before the event
- Read and execute all BEO standards
- Set up display areas, server stations, bar, and more
- Assist with food/buffet preparation before and during the event
- Ensure safe food handling guidelines are followed by self and team members
- Arrange food and beverages in an aesthetic manner
- Deliver food from the kitchen and/or prep area to the meeting space in a timely manner

- Open wine, take drink orders

Job Summary
Busy Massage Center looking for a part-time receptionist for the upcoming winter season. We are seeking a professional, positive & motivated individual to run the front desk & provide an excellent experience to our clients. Candidates must have prior SPA Desk experience & possess the ability to handle periods of high volume with ease along with strong communication & listening skills and a desire to be part of a TEAM. Massage Therapy knowledge preferred but not required.
Duties include but not limited to; greeting & checking clients in/out, managing phone calls and email messaging, scheduling appointments, maintaining order & a clean environment. You must be able to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of computers, software programs and e-mail is required.
Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays!
Pay:$18-$20 per hour based on experience
